On March 9, 2012 took place in Madrid, the presentation of the new book ‘The Mediterranean after 2011’, edited by the Foundation for economic development and Social Hispano-Moroccan (FHIMADES). The event, held at the headquarters of the Parliament and the European Commission in Madrid, was organized by the Elcano Royal Institute, and was attended by experts and scholars in international relations, as well as representatives of diplomatic delegations in Madrid, Poland, Morocco, Iran and Switzerland. The presentation began with a few words of the representative of the European Commission in Madrid, Francisco Fonseca. In addition, attended three of the authors signing book articles: Haizam Amirah, principal analyst of the Mediterranean of the Elcano Royal Institute, Lieutenant Coronel Francisco Berenguer, of the Spanish Institute of strategic studies and Ramón Enciso, of the Averroes Committee and former Director General de Meditel.
