The Foundation for the socioeconomic development Hispano-Moroccan and the Mediterranean Charter signed on 4 July 2006, at the headquarters of the European Commission in Madrid, a collaboration framework agreement between both institutions. Through this MOU, both FHIMADES and CARTMED acuerdaron work together in those areas of common interest, carried out complementary actions in areas coinciding with its priorities, among which the realization of workshops, courses, seminars and conferences, training and awareness, as well as projects for research and outreach on issues of common interest to both its objectives and chords to the functioning of each one. In addition, FHIMADES and the Mediterranean Charter established annually determine the work plan and joint actions for better compliance with this agreement.
