Migratory flows have shaped the Spanish-Moroccan political agenda over the last two decades. The dynamics of mobility of population between the two countries have formed a network of political agreements particularly fruitful, very sensitive, however, to the State of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The purpose of this study is to analyze the links between migratory flows, the conformation of the immigration policy and the effects of both of these processes in the regulation, control and the political formation of border systems.
