Spain, like Italy or Greece, aims to toughen its borders. Insists that the arrival of immigrants in an irregular situation to their borders is not a problem, Spanish, Italian or Greek, but European, and European should be the answer. Hence the crisis lived in Ceuta and Melilla requests multiply, and it arises part of responsibility to Brussels. In the Spanish case this process of Europeanisation or lifting of the problem has three goals shared with the other countries of southern Europe: first, to increase the aid material and financial; Second, to share responsibility in controversial decisions; and third, get support from public opinion.
