The President of Melilla, Juan José Imbroda, and the delegate of the Government, Abdelmalik El Barkani, held a meeting with the Minister of the Interior, Jorge Fernández Díaz, after which it was announced a tentative agreement between Spain and the Rabat Government for the creation of a new border with Morocco.
